According to the official journal n°115 of 20th May 2018 (appendix 5), the Higher National Degree  in Jewellery Design enables to gain 60 ECTS credits per school year (30 per semester) that is to say  180 ECTS  on the whole degree

The credits are divided into the following fields during the 3 years

  • Generic Teachings  | 37 ECTS |Humanities and Culture of arts, design and techniques

  • Cross-disciplinary Teachings  | 50 ECTS |Methodologies, Techinques and languages (Means of expression and creative exploration / Technologies and materials / Digital Tools and languages / English / Economic and legal context)

  • Practical and Professional Teachings | 64 ECTS  |Creation workshop (Techniques and know-how / Practice and implementation of the project / Communication and Mediation of the project / Accompaniment towards autonomy)

  • Professionalisation | 8 ECTS  |Professionalisation path and further learning

  • Internships | 21 ECTS  |

Conditions of accreditation of ECTS credits :

  • During the terms 1,2,3,4  written , oral or on-computer assessments take place for each course through continuous assessment

  • During terms 5 and 6 oral final exams take place for the memorandum and project defences.

  • The accreditation of each course unit is obtained either  with the note of at least 10/20 or according the rules of compensation.
